Daily Announcements for 10/30/2015

On Monday (11/2) all PE classes will report to the “Z” instead of the gym.  Attendance will be taken.

There will be a meeting Wednesday (11/4) after school in Mr. Fillio's room for anyone interested in being on the bowling team.

Attention 7th and 8th Grade Basketball Girls - Tryouts for the 2015-2016 7/8 LYA Travel Team will take place on Thursday, November, 5th  from 6-8 at St. Mary’s School. *Please note that the number of teams we will have are dependent on the number of girls at tryouts. Tryouts are being held early to allow any player not chosen, or for those who would rather play on the high school’s JV team.  Please arrive at St.Mary’s no later than 5:45.

There will be a High School Halloween Dance Monday Night (11/2) from 7-10.  The dance is for Lee High School students only.  The cost is $5.00.

The following college reps will visit the high school this week.  Any junior or senior who wants to meet with the rep can sign up on Naviance: today (10/30) Westfield State University.

The Jeans for Teens program will start today.  You can donate clothes to the box in the lobby, for each article donated; you will receive a raffle ticket for a Dunkin Donuts gift card.  This will run until the end of October.

There will be a Spaghetti dinner fundraiser for Lee High Volleyball tomorrow (10/8) at LMHS cafeteria.  Seating from 5 pm to 7 pm.  Adults $10, Children/Seniors $8.  Tickets available from players or at the door.

The Jeans for Teens program will start today.  You can donate clothes to the box in the lobby, for each article donated; you will receive a raffle ticket for a Dunkin Donuts gift card.  This will run until the end of October.

Picture retake day will be this Friday, October 9 during 1st and 2nd period.  Any student who needs to have their picture retaken or who missed picture day can pick up a form in the main office.  If you are getting retakes you must bring the original packet with them.

The following college reps will visit the high school this week.  Any junior or senior who wants to meet with the rep can sign up on Naviance: today (10/7), University of New Hampshire; Thursday (10/8) University of Saint Joseph; Friday, (10/9), Seton Hall University and Bryant University.
