Daily Announcements for 9/17/2026

The Middle School Art Club is back!  Art Club starts next Tuesday after school!  Art Club is a drop-in program for middle school students. Work on your own art projects or join in on a group project. Come when you can, create, experiment, and have fun!  New this year: 9th Grade Art Club Mentors will be joining us to share their skills and help out.  Everyone is welcome! 

Reminder to the class of 2030 we are selling root beer floats and creamsicles on Friday from 5-7:30 in front of Meow and Growl please sign up to help if you can, 30 min blocks.

Anyone interested in joining the annual Fall Festival of Shakespeare is welcome to audition. The auditions will be held in the auditorium in several sessions: Tuesday, 9/22 from 3-5PM or 6-8PM and Wednesday, 9/23 from 3-5PM.  No preparation or theater experience needed!

Sophomore class! Please be sure to sign up to volunteer for the Taste of Lee - Walking Taco's stand! Check your Google Classroom, email or see Sra. Tucker or Mrs. Paul!

If you are interested in joining the High School Student Council, sign-ups are in the main office.  The first meeting will be in room D119 on Thurs., Sept. 24 at 2:35 p.m.

The Gender/Sexuality Alliance (GSA) will begin meeting on Monday, Sept. 14th at 2:30 in room A108. All are welcome.

There will be a brief meeting for any sophomore interested in joining their class steering committee today (9/10) after school in Mrs. Paul's room, B121.

Dave’s Driving School will be offering his Driver’s Ed Program at LMHS this year. The class will be Sept. 8 through the 21st in room A109, Mon. – Fri. from 2:45-5:45 p.m. Any student who will be 15 years and 9 months old as if Sept 8 can sign up for the class at davesdrivingschoolinc.net or call Dave’s at 413-442-0502.
