Happy National Foreign Language Week! This week you
will be hearing about career fields in which it is helpful to learn another
language, and you will hear from students who speak languages other than
English. The Language Department is also sponsoring a Scavenger Hunt
BINGO that is open to all students; you can pick up a BINGO card in the school
lobby. You can work on finding the answers to the scavenger hunt
all week, outside of your classes. Submit your BINGO card to Madame
Jarowski by lunch on Friday. If you have completed any row, column, or full
diagonal, you will be entered one time in a drawing for edible treats from
other cultures. If you complete the whole BINGO card, you will be entered
three times in the drawing for edible treats from other cultures! If you
have any questions, ask any of the Language teachers: Ms. Tucker, Mr. Psutka,
Ms. Kim, or Madame Jarowski.
