Attention Seniors: It is time to pay
your class dues. $80 is due to Mr. Hall or Mrs. Curry. You may also
pay electronically through the school website. The due date is April 1.
Attention
seniors .... next Thursday (2/16) morning at 8:00 a.m., Mr. Dignard from Josten's will be here to measure
you for caps and gowns. Please make every effort to be at the school by 8
for this important beginning of countdown to graduation!
The Senior
steering committee will meet briefly Thursday (2/9) after
school.
There will be
a GSA meeting Thursday (2/9) after school in Mrs. Verdi's
room
Berkshire Community College Instant Admission Day at LMHS
will take place tomorrow (2/9) at 11 a.m. All
seniors thinking of attending BCC in the fall of 2017 should attend this
meeting, and need to sign up with Mr. Korte ASAP.
There is a Quiz Team Match today (2/8). The bus
leave LMHS at 6 p.m.
Let Mr. Hall or Mrs. Wade know if you are going!
All LMHS students are invited to submit work to the Focusing on the Arts in Berkshire
Schools student show at The
Berkshire Museum in Pittsfield. Please submit any 2D work to Mrs. Clark in the
art room for consideration by Friday, February 17th. 10 works will be selected to represent
LMHS.
There will be a Driver’s Ed class
beginning on Monday, February 27 thru Wednesday, March 15 from 2:45-5:15 p.m. Any student who will be 15 years and 9 months
old on or before March 15 can sign up for the class in the main office.
Any NHS student who needs community service, please check
outside Mr. Hall's door for some opportunities.
All 18-year-old male
students must register for the Selective Service which you can do at
www.sss.gov.
