Makeups and extra time must be completed by Friday, October 5. Go to the
principal's office for more information.
Seniors, Lifetouch will be back on
October 9th and 10th for retakes or missed senior formal pictures. Please
check your email for information or see Mrs. Armstrong. This will be the last
opportunity for yearbook formal photos.
There will be an interest meeting for the trip
to Costa Rica during April break 2020 on Thursday, October 4th at 6pm in the
LMHS Library. Any current 8th-11th grade student interested in traveling needs
to attend this meeting along with a parent or guardian. See Sra. Antil with any
questions.
The
following college reps will visit the high school this week. Any junior or senior who wants to meet with
the rep can sign up on Naviance or in the office with Ms. Mottarella: today (9/27) Suffolk University 9:15 a.m. and
Worcester State University at 11 a.m.; and Friday (9/28) MCLA at 9 a.m.

after school in Mrs. Wade's room. Important info to be shared!!
On Wednesday, October 10th, the PSAT will be offered at LMHS. Juniors
can take the PSAT for free in school on that day. Sophomores can sign up for a
$20 fee. Sign-ups are in the main office, and the deadline to sign-up on
Friday, October 5th.
On October 3rd, we will take a bus to the college fair
at Berkshire Community College for interested juniors and seniors (seniors will
have first priority if space on the bus becomes an issue). Bus will leave LMHS
at 8:50am (after 1st period) and return by 11:20am (in time for 5th period).
There is a $5 bus fee and all permission slips and money MUST be turned in to
the main office by Friday, September 28th. No late sign ups will be accepted.
There will be a Financial Aid Planning Night - October
4th on Thursday, October 4th, at 5:30 pm in the Duffin
Theater at Lenox Memorial Middle and High School. This program is coordinated
by the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority (MEFA). Information is
available on the guidance webpage.
All
students who are 18 years old can register to vote. The deadline is Wednesday, October 17. You can register with the Town Clerk at your
local Town Hall or you can register online at
All
18-year-old male students must register for the Selective Service which you can
do at www.sss.gov.
