Daily Announcements for 5/6/2016
To all 8th grade students who had art this year. Mr. Boule would like to include some of your art works
in the underclassman art show being held at the Lee Library on May 10th. Please bring in any artwork you
would like to have in the show to the art room by today!
All students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in the First Annual Greener Gateway Cleanup
tomorrow (5/7) from 9:00 - 12:00 volunteers meet at the gazebo by the Lee Post Office. Demonstrate your
school pride by wearing Orange + Black or any sports uniform. See Mrs. Clark in the art room with any
questions.
Any National Honor Society member in need of points there are two opportunities this weekend. Please
see Mr. Hall as soon as possible to learn about more details.
Anyone who purchased prom tickets please stop by the prom table at lunch to fill out a seating chart for
your table. 8 people will be assigned per table. Come prepared with all 8 names to fill your table. If you
do not sign up by today (5/6) the prom committee will assign them for you. Don't forget to register any
guests that don't go to our school with Mr. Reilly. If you have any questions please see Mr. Hall or Mrs.
Curry.
There are several summer volleyball opportunities for students entering grades 7-12. Papers are available
in the main office.
The Freshman Class is holding a Trivia Night for all LMHS students and faculty on May 11th. Join us for
an awesome night of trivia with fun people and snacks. The cost is $5 per person. Please give your
money to Senorita Barbaglia or Ms. Zurawka by today (5/6). You can sign up even if you don’t have a
team. Come join us for a night of fun!
Please join us for the Underclassmen Art Show Reception at The Lee Library Tuesday, May
10th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. This is a free event with light refreshments.
Attention seniors - if you have pictures that you'd like in the Class Night slideshow, get them to Katie
Zatorski by May 25th!
The Bidwell House Museum offers high school students with an interest in history, particularly local
Berkshire colonial history, the opportunity to become a Youth History Scholar Intern during the summer.
