IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

• at breakfast (including Flex) students must take a fruit or juice for the meal to be free.
• at lunch students must take three components as shown on the signs, and one must be 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetable, for the meal to be free.

We will have a bowl of fruit at the register and If a student refuses to take a fruit, the meal must be charged at full price.  Please understand that we do not have a choice on this -- these are the rules from the government for your lunch to be free!

Just a reminder that there is no Flex today.  Honors and High Honors students will be called down to the cafeteria for the Honors Breakfast at 8:30am.

The Dodgeball Tournament is back on Wed., March 12 at 5:30 in the gym!  Sign up and create teams using the form sent to everyone’s email.  If playing is not your jam, be sure to save the date anyway so you can cheer on your pals.

There will be a free field trip to the Career Fair at BCC on Tuesday, March 11. Any Senior planning on attending BCC or interested in science should see Mrs. Verdi for a permission slip and return the signed form by Friday, March 7.

Due to the Honors Breakfast tomorrow morning, there will be no Flex!  Be sure to grab your breakfast before school!

LMHS Drama will be selling red carnations today at lunches. Send a thoughtful Valentine note to your friends, classmates, teachers, or any staff member. Flowers are $3 or 2 for $5. Flowers can be taken at time of purchase or delivered to your recipient by drama members. All profit will support LMHS Drama’s production of Hadestown: Teen Edition on March 7, 8, and 9.

LMHS Drama will be selling red carnations today and tomorrow at lunches. Send a thoughtful Valentine note to your friends, classmates, teachers, or any staff member. Flowers are $3 or 2 for $5. Next week we will be working with Resin. Art club is open to all Middle school students as a drop in art group. 

The Costa Rica Travel Group is holding a Dine to Donate fundraiser at the Locker Room today (February 4^th). Please support our travelers by dining in or ordering a take-out.
