Lee Founders’ Weekend Poster Contest Winners from the
spring are: Eva Ricci – 1st place for grades 9 – 12 and overall
winner of the contest. Her poster is on the billboard coming into town
and on the flyers that the Chamber of Commerce has done for the weekend
activities. Sandra Ortega and Samantha
Goyette – 2nd place for grades 9-12, Cecilia Lawson – 3rd place
for grades 9-12.
If
any students are interested in singing the National Anthem for any football,
volleyball, or soccer games please see Mr. Reilly.
There will be a meeting after school tomorrow (9/17) in Mr. Fillio's room for anyone
interested in being part of the Communications Club or Lee Live.
The Lee Library reminds all LMHS students to stop by the
library's teen room this weekend during the Founder's day celebration.
All students visiting the library will be entered into the teen space raffle.
The following college reps will visit the high school this week. Any student who wants to meet with the rep can sign up on Naviance: Friday (9/18), UMass Amherst.
Upcoming art contests and gallery
submissions are now posted outside the art room and will be update throughout
the school year – all students are invited to participate! If you are
interested or want more information please see Mrs. Clark in the art
room.
There will be a Spaghetti Dinner to benefit the LMHS Golf
Team Sunday (9/20) from 5-7 p.m. at the Lee Congregational Church 410 adults/$8
seniors, children 5 & under free.
Mr. Hall is looking for some National Honor Society
students who are interested in doing some community service during Founder's
Day. Anyone interested please see Mr. Hall this week.
High school students
who would like to use one of the student planners can pick one up in the
principal’s office.
