Middle School Band lessons this
week are Group X period B, Group Y period C, and group Z period D.
The Social Justice Club will meet in Mrs. McEvoy's room,
C103, during second lunch tomorrow (9/19). Bring your lunch. New
members are always welcome.
Anyone interested in joining the Helping Hands,
there will be a meeting in Mrs. Wade's NEW ROOM (C112) after school on Tuesday,
Sept. 24. We would love some new members!!!
There will be a meeting for all LMHS community
members interested in the re-organization of the High School Student Council
this year in Mr. Trabka's room tomorrow (9/19) from 2:30 -3:15. Refreshments
will be provided. Come give your input into the new shape of Student Council.
There will be a GSA
meeting tomorrow (9/19) after school in Mrs. Verdi's science room for all
members and any high school student interested in joining. If you can't make
the meeting, please drop by Mrs. Verdi or Mrs. Heck's room to let us know you
are interested
If you are interested
in becoming a House Rep, please submit your application to Mrs. Verdi or any
house teacher by Friday (9/20). Copies of the application are available on the
house classroom site, or in Mrs. Verdi's science room.
Signups for Academic Decathlon, Quiz
Team, and Mock Trial are in the front office. Any student interested should
sign up. Any questions, please see Mrs. Wade or Mr. Hall.
The following college reps will be
at the school this week, any junior or senior who would like to meet with the
reps can sign up on Naviance: tomorrow
(9/19) Anna Maria College (10 a.m.); and Fri. (9/20) Castleton College (9
a.m.), Bryant University (10 a.m.), and Salem State University (1 p.m.).

High school students wanting a
planner ... you can pick one up in the Principal's Office
There will be a Driver’s Ed class beginning Monday,
Sept 23 thru Monday, Oct. 7 from 3:00-5:30 Monday-Friday in room A124. You must be 15 years and 9 months old on or
by today to sign up for the class. To register, pick up a form in the main
office.
All
18-year-old male students must register for the Selective Service which you can
do at www.sss.gov.
