Daily Announcements for 9/30/2014

Today (9/30) is picture day.  Any student who does not have a picture flyer can pick one up in the main office.  Students are reminded that you will need payment or proof of online payment to order picture packages at the camera.

Attention all NHS candidates. The interview sign up sheet is posted on Mr. Hall's door. Please sign up as soon as possible.

Any boys lacrosse players that did not get their letters and / or pins last spring for playing on the varsity team should see Mr. Reilly.

Anyone who signed up to be part of Academic Decathlon should stop by Mr. Hall's Room to pick up information.

There will be a meeting for all Senior members of National Honor Society tomorrow (10/1) in Mr. Hall's Room (D120) immediately after school.

There will be a Driver's Ed class beginning today, September 15 through Tuesday, September 30 from 2:45-5:15 p.m. Any student who will be 15 years and 9 months old by September 15 can sign up for the class in the office.

Attention all 18 year olds: Voter registration cards will no longer be available in the guidance office. You must register in person at your town clerk's office.

Any male student who is 18 is required by law to register for selective service within 30 days of turning 18 and you must register to be eligible for financial aid.

Daily Announcements 9/12/2014


Attention Middle School Students! If you are interested in joining the Middle School Student Council, submit your paragraphs of intent to either Mrs. Hall or Mrs. Roosa no later than 9/19.

All user fees must be paid by Friday September 19th. If you have any questions please see Mr. Reilly.

Student planners are now available for $1.00 on a first come, first serve basis for high school students. Please stop by Mr. Brighenti's office if you are interested in purchasing one.

Grades 10-12 students who are interested in helping with Community Suppers please see Mrs. Carroll.

There will be a mandatory GSA meeting on Tuesday (9/16) after school in Mrs. Verdi's science room. Anyone interested in participating in GSA should attend.

The directors from Shakespeare and Company will be here on Friday, Sept. 19 during both lunches to meet with any students interested in joining the drama program.

Got what it takes to be the next Lee Idol?  The 2014 Lee Idol Talent Competition will be held on September 19 & 20 at 7 p.m.  To register to compete call 413-394-5023.

Anyone who purchased a yearbook last year and has not received a copy of the spring insert can stop by Mrs. Armstrong Room to pick up a copy.

Sign-ups for Quiz Team, Mock Trial, and Decathlon are in the main office.

 Seniors who want to attend the BCC College Fair on Thursday, October 2nd can sign up in the guidance office.  There will be a $3 bus fee.
