Daily Announcements for 10/30/2023

Middle school band lessons are canceled for periods 1-5. Students who were scheduled for today are welcome to go at the same time Tuesday or Wednesday if they would like a make-up lesson. Middle school band lessons this week are group B period 1, group C period 2, and group A period 5.

Josten’s will have a table outside of the cafeteria today (1/30) during first lunch for any high schooler interested in buying a class ring.


There will be a meeting Thursday, Nov 2 after school in Mr. Fillio's room for anyone interested in joining the bowling team. 

The Social Justice Club is continuing their winter clothing drive for the Elizabeth Freeman Center.  The boxes are in the main hall.

Any students in grades 10 through 12 who are interested in traveling to Washington, D.C. during April break, see Mr. Hall for more details and itinerary.

Any high school student that would like an agenda can pick one up in the office.

Daily Announcements for 10/27/2023

Good luck to our Wildcat Volleyball team in their Western Mass Championship match tomorrow against Turners Falls! The match is at West Springfield High School at 10 a.m.

 

Josten’s will have a table outside of the cafeteria on Monday (1/30) during first lunch for any high schooler interested in buying a class ring.

 

The LMHS book club will meet today (10/27), during first lunch in Mrs. McEvoy's room, C103.

If you received photo packets and were unhappy with the picture, this is also a time for complimentary retakes ... but you must return the original photo packet with you to the cameras.  Forms are available in the main office.

Class of 2026 is doing a movie night on Saturday, Oct. 28 in the “Z.”  “Hocus Pocus” is playing at 6 pm and “Insidious” is playing at 8 pm.  Snacks and drinks will be sold inside.  No admission, but donations will be accepted.  All profits go to the class of 2026.

The homecoming dance for grades 9-12 is this Saturday (10/14) from 7-10.  Tickets for homecoming are on sale through Friday of  this week during lunches. Tickets are $12 and include pizza and snacks.  Tickets will not be sold at the door.
