Daily Announcements for 10/31/2016

Josten’s will be here for high school lunch today (10/31) to take class ring orders.  A $50 deposit is required.

The Cross-Country team will be doing their pumpkin carving this afternoon at 3:15, please see Coach Reilly if you have any questions.

Students participating in the Blood Drive today (10/31), make sure you have your ID with you if you plan on giving blood!

The Tastefully Simple fund raiser, for the benefit of the LMHS Functional Life Skills program, will be held throughout the remainder of October and first week of November.  All orders will be placed on November 4th, assuring delivery in time for the Thanksgiving holiday. Daily Announcements for 10/12/2016

Any freshman that is interested in being a part of the ninth grade steering committee, please see Mrs. Hudnall by today (10/12). 

Sophomores will have a class meeting with Mr. Dignard from Jostens to receive information about class rings on Tuesday, October 18th after attendance, 1st period of the day (period 2).   Ring orders will take place during lunches on Tuesday, October 25th in the cafeteria.

Any senior who would like to be an alternate for the November Lola Jaffee trip should see Mrs. Verdi ASAP. If you don't get called to go, you are guaranteed a spot on the spring trip.

Middle school students can participate in the Lions International Peace Poster.  Students must by ages 11-13 by November 15.  Posters would be due by November 14th.  See Mr. Boule for more information.

The following college reps will visit the high school this week.  Any junior or senior who wants to meet with the rep can sign up on Naviance or in the office with Ms. Mottarella: today (10/11) The Sage Colleges at 11:30; Thursday (10/13) Seton Hall University at 10 a.m., UMass Amherst at 11:30 a.m., and Fitchburg State University at 12:30; Friday (10/14) Bay Path College at 10:30 a.m.

Daily Announcements for 10/11/2016

Any freshman that is interested in being a part of the ninth grade steering committee, please see Mrs. Hudnall by tomorrow (10/12). 

Picture retake day is today (10/11).  Students and staff who did not have pictures taken for ID’s will need to report to the cameras.  Any student who was absent and still wants to purchase a picture packet can pick a form up in the office.  Any student wishing to have their pictures retaken needs to bring their original packet with them to the cameras.  Seniors picture retake days will be Thursday, October 27th and Friday, October 28th, please go to lifetouch.com to book your appointment.

Daily Announcements for 10/5/2016

There will be a Helping Hands meeting in Mrs. Wade's room today (10/5) after school.  Anyone interested in joining should attend!

There will be a meeting for anyone interested in joining Quiz Team or Decathlon on Thursday, Oct. 6 after school in Mrs. Wade's room.

Seniors who would like to attend the BCC College Fair on October 6th can sign up in the office.  Please sign up by this morning (10/5).  Please turn your permission slip and $5 bus fee in today.
