Daily Announcements for 3/22/2016

Congratulations to the Middle School Robotics Team who placed 9th out of 33 teams and earned the “Rookie Team of the Year Award.”

Congratulations to Makenna Albee, Madailein Demler, Maccus Dinsmore, and Hope Harrison for their performance on Saturday with the MMEA Western District Chorus. 

Talent Show--Is coming along strong.  You have another chance to audition today (3/22) at 6 p.m. in the theater.  Sign up with Mr. Trabka.

The final trip meeting for Caribbean travelers will be tomorrow (3/23) at 6 pm in the LMHS library. If you plan to go on the trip, you need to be present. Please bring a parent/guardian with you to the meeting. Any questions, see Srta. Barbaglia. 

The middle school will hold a spaghetti dinner on Thursday (3/24) from 5:30- 7:00.  The cost to attend the spaghetti dinner is $ 5 for students and seniors and $10 for adults. Tickets are on sale now.  If interested, please see any middle school student or teacher. 

Attention seniors:  Senior class dues must be paid before next Friday, March 25th.  You will not be able to participate in senior activities if dues are not paid.  Please see Mrs. A Verdi or Ms. Patel for payment. $80, check made out to "LMHS Class of 2016"

After School Ceramics Club will begin tomorrow (3/23)!  For additional information please see posters and to sign up see Mrs. Clark in the art room. Space is limited!

The Red Cross will be holding a Blood Drive next Wednesday (3/30).  Sign up during lunch!!

OPEN CALL FOR CREATIVE WORKS! The Student Publication of visual art and writing is collecting submissions for the Spring 2016 edition.  All students are encouraged to participate - see Mrs. Clark in the art room to drop off work and for additional information.

Are you interested in attending a U.S. Service Academy? Congressman Richard Neal will host 2016 Academy Day on Saturday, April 23rd.  Deadline to register is April 1st.  See Mr. Korte for more details.

The 33rd Annual College Fair at Monument Mountain Regional High School will be held on Monday, April 4th, 6:30-8:30. It is FREE and open to the public. This is a great opportunity for younger students to start the college search process. See Mr. Korte for more details.
