Winters sports
sign-ups are on Coach Thomson’s door in the Athletic Director’s office.
There
is a Lee Kiwanis “Stuff the Trailer” box for a food collection for the Food
Pantry in the main hall. The box will be
at the school until Friday, Nov. 9th. Please bring canned goods and diapers to
donate. The “Stuff the Trailer” truck
will be at Lee Municipal Parking Lot on Sat., Nov. 10 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
There will be a Driver’s Ed class beginning Thurs.
(11/1) thru Mon., Nov. 19 from 2:45-5:45. You must be 15 years and 9 months old by Thursday (11/1). You can sign up in the main office.
The
following college reps will visit the high school this week. Any junior or senior who wants to meet with
the rep can sign up on Naviance or in the office with Ms. Mottarella: today
(10/30) UMass Lowell at 8:30 a.m.; and Friday (11/2) Anna Maria College at 11
a.m.
Tonight (10/30), from 5:30-6:30 pm, there
will be a College Application
Process Workshop at LMHS in the library. Please see Mr. Korte with
any questions.
There will be a GSA meeting after school Thursday
(11/1) in Mrs. Verdi's room (C112).
Stop by the Library
after school next week (11/3-7) to knit hats for babies! There will be an
instructor there to help you if you don't know how! House points awarded!
Any last-minute
pumpkins for the Pumpkin Contest, have them to Mrs. Wade Wednesday (10/31) morning!

Any students
interested in joining Academic Decathlon, there is a meeting in Mrs. Wade's
room Thursday Nov. 1 after school!

18-year-old male students must register for the Selective Service which you can
do at www.sss.gov.
