There will be a
mandatory meeting for all Senior members of NHS Monday (10/20) after school in
Mr. Hall's Room.
Middle School will
hold its annual Halloween Dance on October 24th from 7-10 P. M. It will
be held in the cafeteria. Students are encouraged to wear costumes.
Best costume winners will receive a prize.
If you are walking
in the 26th Construct Walk for the Homeless will be this Sunday (10/19) please
wear orange and black. Registration 12:30 p.m., the walk is at 1 p.m. at

Any student
interested in joining the photo club please meet in Mrs. Armstrong's room
Tuesday, October 21 after school. We will be planning this year's photo
shoots.
Back by popular
demand J, The Tastefully Simple fund raiser, for the benefit of the LMHS
Functional Life Skills program, will once again be held throughout the month of
October. All orders will be placed
during the first week of November, assuring delivery in time for the
Thanksgiving holiday. The catalogs and order forms will be in the teachers’
room beginning next week. Micki
McMurray, the wonderful Tastefully Simple consultant, donates all proceeds to
the Life Skills program. Thanks so much

will be a Driver's Ed class beginning Monday, November 3 through Thursday,
November 20 from 2:45-5:15 p.m. Any student who will be 15 years and 9 months
old by November 3 can sign up for the class in the office.
Any boys’ lacrosse
players that did not get their letters and/or pins last spring for playing on
the varsity team should see Mr. Reilly.

Student planners are
now available free on a first come, first serve basis for high school students.

a yearbook last year and has not received a copy of the spring insert can stop by

The LYA Homework
Help program will be in room A110 (Mrs. Haven’s room) Mon.-Thurs. at 2:30 p.m.
Attention all 18
year olds: Voter registration cards will no longer be available in the guidance
office. You must register in person at your town clerk's office.
Any male student who
is 18 is required by law to register for selective service within 30 days of
turning 18 and you must register to be eligible for financial aid.
