the production of The Tragedy of Richard III on Friday November 14th or
Saturday November 15th at 7:00 P.M. in the Zukowski Performing Arts
Center. Tickets are on sale during lunches this week. Pre-sale tickets are
$4.00 for students and seniors and $9.00 for adults. Prices at the door will be
$5.00 for students and seniors and $10.00 for adults.
Once again this year
the football team will be collecting donations to put together Thanksgiving
baskets for local families. Nonperishable items needed are canned fruits
and vegetables, stuffing, gravy, boxed potatoes, and cranberry sauce. Please
give items to the players in the lobby before school this week or to Coach
Thomson by Friday. Thank you for your help.
The boys’ grades 7
& 8 playing house league basketball are to be at the Lee Elementary School
from 6-8 Thursday (11/13) for a house league tryout clinic.
There will be a
meeting for anyone interested in joining the bowling team on Wednesday (11/12)
after school in room B123.
Art All-State Massachusetts is an intense
two-day program that brings together 145 high school juniors with
artistic potential to create collaborative installations. Whether or you are
currently enrolled in an art class or not you are invited to apply - please see
Mrs. Clark in the art room for additional information - there is a
December 1st application deadline.
On Sunday, November
16th, several of the students, staff, student interns and family
members of the Functional Life Skills Program at LMHS will be walking or
running in the “Holiday Sweater Fun Run” that has been sponsored by our
wonderful friends from the Lee Police Department. We have formed our own team, the “Lee Special

students planning on working on a Service Learning Project - project proposals
are due to Mr. Hall for review by November 21st.

Help program will be in room A127 (Ms. Killion’s room). Mon.-Thurs. at 2:30 p.m.

with them: Mount Ida College and Emmanuel College. Scholarships are now being posted on
Naviance.
Student planners are
now available free on a first come, first serve basis for high school students.

Grades 9-12 students
who are interested in helping with Community Suppers please see Mrs. Carroll or

Attention all 18
year olds: Voter registration cards will no longer be available in the guidance
office. You must register in person at your town clerk's office.
Any male student who
is 18 is required by law to register for selective service within 30 days of
turning 18 and you must register to be eligible for financial aid.
