There will be a Student Council meeting today
(11/15) after school.
Any boys interested in playing
basketball this year should meet after school today (11/15) in
the cafeteria.
Any girls interested in playing
basketball this year, please meet in the cafeteria on Thursday (11/17) after school for a brief
meeting with the coaches.
There will be a meeting for all students currently in
grades 8-11 interested in traveling to Barcelona, Spain and Southern France
during April break 2018 on Wednesday (11/16) at 6 pm in the LMHS
library. Please bring a parent/guardian with you to the meeting.
There will be a Quiz Team Match on Wed. (11/16).
The bus will leave LMHS at 6:15.
The following college reps will visit the high school next
week. Any junior or senior who wants to
meet with the rep can sign up on Naviance or in the office with Ms. Mottarella:
today (11/9) Salem State University at 11:30 a.m. and Johnson & Wales
University at 12:30 p.m.; Thursday (11/17) Lasell College at 9:30 a.m.
The Berkshire Organization of Language Teachers is hosting a
logo design contest for any student grades 7-12 who is currently enrolled in a
French or Spanish course. The reward for the winning design is $100. All
interested students, see Señora Antil for more details. The deadline for
submissions is November
30th.
All 18-year-old male
students must register for the Selective Service which you can do at
www.sss.gov.
